Membership Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Membership Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious Premium Golf and Fitness Club in Saltash, South Cornwall/South Devon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about golf or fitness to take on a challenging role with a genuinely achievable commission structure and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer journey from enquiry to membership sale.
  • Coach and motivate a small team of sales consultants to achieve their KPIs.
  • Contribute to the overall sales target for the club.
  • Develop and deliver sales plans to generate new leads in the local community and businesses.
  • Work with other departments to create in-reach strategies, such as promotions and events, to increase membership sales.
  • Identify trends in leavers and work with other departments to improve retention and net gain numbers.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing and personable disposition.
  • Motivated by hitting targets.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the leisure industry.
