About the Role

As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and marking inspiring lessons that promote pupils' thirst for learning. Pupils cover a range of key skills, including colour, shape, and tone, using various materials such as watercolour, acrylic paint, and pencil work. You will support children in Year 10 and 11 with creating their Portfolios, which will build towards their GCSE grade.

Contract Overview

This is a full-time vacancy with a January 2025 start date. The position is either permanent or fixed-term, available from January to April. Pay is in line with MPS/UPS.

Application Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be registered with Teaching Personnel or be prepared to register. You should have qualified teacher status, a degree or equivalent, and evidence of recent and relevant professional development. All applicants will require the necessary qualifications and training for this role.
