Support Worker for Brain Injury

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. The successful candidate will work with an individual living in Rotherham who has acquired a brain injury due to a road traffic accident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and housekeeping.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members, adhering to care plans and guidelines provided.
  • Aid with light household chores, including cooking and cleaning.

Requirements

  • Full UK driver's license
  • Ability to commute to Rotherham
  • Resilient, reliable, and empathetic individual

What We Offer
