Fire Safety Advisor / Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Advisor / Trainer to join our Fire Team at Transformation Unit. As a trusted organization, we recognize the importance of supporting our employees, patients, and local partners in achieving exceptional care.

The successful candidate will provide professional advice on all fire safety / prevention matters relating to staff and premises. They will undertake fire safety inspections, fire evacuation procedures, and provide fire safety advice to all staff. Additionally, they will develop and deliver fire safety training in line with the training needs analysis for the Trust, including face-to-face, e-learning, and fire evacuation training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on fire safety / prevention matters.
  • Conduct fire safety inspections and fire evacuation procedures.
  • Offer fire safety guidance to all staff.
  • Design and deliver fire safety training programs.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in fire safety or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in undertaking fire risk assessments within a large organization.
  • Ability to provide guidance on fire safety legislation within organizational policies.
