Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team at Trinity Fire & Security Systems. As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing fire alarm and detection systems in accordance with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of fire alarm and detection systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install new fire alarm and detection systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and provide prompt and efficient attention to customers.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet service commitments and deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all company paperwork and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Full understanding of BS5839 Pt:1 and other relevant regulations and standards.
  • Experience in fire alarm and detection systems installation, maintenance, and servicing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic electrical safety training and manufacturers' training in fire alarm and detection systems.
Working Environment:

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergency call-outs and servicing fire alarm and detection systems in various locations. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in challenging weather conditions.
