Job Description

C&C Search are recruiting for a part-time experienced corporate receptionist to work for an established investment management company in the West End.

This is a great opportunity for a part-time career receptionist who loves being the face of a company.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced receptionist to join our client's team on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing meeting rooms, ordering catering and supplies, and supporting facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in financial services or professional services, with a strong understanding of corporate operations and administration. They will be able to commit to working 9am-2pm daily.

As a part-time receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office, providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class service
  2. Managing meeting rooms, bookings, setup, and troubleshooting
  3. Ordering catering, supplies, and supporting facilities

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 (pro rata) per annum.
