Weaver Vale Housing Trust is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join their team, partnering with Castlefield Recruitment to support this key appointment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Leadership Team to provide financial advice and support, delivering a comprehensive financial accounting and treasury service. This role operates on a hybrid basis, with approximately one day per week in the Northwich office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan covenant compliance and Trust Golden Rules in management accounts, financial statements, and business plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and funders to enable effective treasury management.
- Review the loan portfolio and covenant suite to ensure it supports the Treasury aims of the Trust.
- Cash flow, balance sheet, treasury planning, forecasting, reporting, and covenant compliance for the Trust's 30-year Business Plan.
- Coordinate and quality assure regulatory returns for the Finance Team.
- Manage and lead the Trust's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Requirements:
- CCAB/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Significant social housing experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
