About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the senior management team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to provide strategic guidance to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Administration, Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll & general office management duties
  • Management of holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records
  • Recruitment, JD's, benchmark checks, draft offers, Right to Work checks, temp payroll confirmations, and fee negotiations

Requirements: Bachelor's degree combined with minimum of 5 years HR experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
