Child Development Mentor

As a Child Development Mentor, you will provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to pupils to help them develop strategies for positive behaviour and supporting pupils in and out of the classroom to help them stay engaged in learning. Your role will involve acting as a positive role model to inspire and motivate pupils.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Our primary school in Lambeth caters to pupils aged 3-11 and has a strong focus on creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
