Mentorship Coach

We are seeking a Mentorship Coach to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working with children with Behaviour needs in the UK and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.

The role involves mentoring SEN children and requires strong skills and qualifications, including up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year. We are looking for someone who can provide two professional references that cover the last 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentoring SEN children
• Providing support and guidance to students with Behaviour needs
• Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop individualised learning plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children with Behaviour needs in the UK
• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
• Two professional references covering the last 2 years
