About the Role

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and support staff to ensure the quality of our bus maintenance services. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting routine checks, and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with the Operations Department to meet Performance Vehicle Requirement (PVR) targets.

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must hold relevant engineering qualifications, have extensive experience in a similar position, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. Your proficiency in PCV operations and ability to drive results-oriented initiatives will make you a valuable asset to our team. With a total fleet of around 93 vehicles traveling across East Scotland, we offer a challenging yet fulfilling environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
