About You
The successful candidate will possess strong engineering qualifications, excellent diagnostic skills, and relevant experience in a workshop supervisory role. You should be comfortable working within a PCV operations environment and have the ability to motivate staff to meet targets and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities
As Public Transportation Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and advising a team of engineers and support staff. This includes ensuring all buses are clean, safe, and reliable on the road each day. You will also need to liaise with colleagues in the Operations Department to guarantee Performance Vehicle Requirement (PVR) is met at all times. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve vehicle maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
