A long-standing countryside pub in a village setting is seeking an experienced manager to maintain its rustic charm and stunning views.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local community, excellent hospitality skills, and the ability to drive trade through a well-balanced food and drink offer. With a wet 60/dry 40 split, the pub benefits from being the only venue in the village with a large adult population. Its countryside location attracts customers from surrounding towns and villages.

Key responsibilities include implementing a menu that complements the existing offer, hosting live entertainment, and maintaining a selection of popular beers, ciders, wines, spirits, cask ales, and coffees. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships with customers and staff alike, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.
