Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and staff management.
• To develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
• To build relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the pub.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a rural public house or similar establishment.
