Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our software applications and implement solutions to prevent incidents.
- Support the major incident review process and work with developers to deploy fixes.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor and alert on potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- 5+ years of experience in business applications, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.
- Strong experience working in an Azure environment, with a deep understanding of Azure PaaS cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong experience with scripting languages, including Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
