We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nurse to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse in our Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a senior member of the nursing team, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Demonstrate exemplary clinical skills and capabilities, delivering a high standard of care to patients.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Articulate and knowledgeable, providing clear and concise information to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, able to prioritize own workload and that of others, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
