Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our regional operations team as Operations Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and commercial direction for the region
- Lead and develop a regional team of property managers to deliver a high-quality property management service
- Work closely with the business development team to develop bids for new business and product development
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed operational teams
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience of P&L responsibility and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
