The Ramblers is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and supporter engagement through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Implement Data Solutions: Design and implement data solutions to drive revenue growth, supporter engagement, and membership acquisition.
  • Provide Data Insights and Recommendations: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform campaigns, initiatives, and overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into business decisions.
  • Develop and Maintain Data Systems: Ensure data systems are accurate, secure, and accessible to support business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools: Proven experience using data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Programming Skills: Expertise in programming languages such as Python.
  • SQL and Data Warehousing Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical terms and processes in an appropriate way for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: High capability to deliver and drive organizational or behavioral change, particularly in relation to the use of data to drive better decision making.
