Business Operations Assistant

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills in business administration, working closely with experienced professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, data entry, document preparation, and filing, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operations, including answering phones, responding to messages, and managing office supplies.
- Support data entry, document preparation, and filing to maintain organized records.
- Develop expertise in office software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Coordinate scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to execute projects, events, and initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be employed through our Dealer Network and attend week-long block training at our state-of-the-art Training Centre. Our apprenticeship program provides a combination of coaching visits, Virtual Classroom sessions, and E-Learning modules to ensure your growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications:- Aged 16+
- Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
- A strong interest in learning about the service and maintenance of petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Working towards or in possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
