Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to make a significant impact as the company continues to expand. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the wider HR team and Hiring Managers across the business to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment process, focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Work directly with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and develop role requirements.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company's values and standards.
- Provide coaching and training sessions to Hiring Managers to enhance their recruitment capabilities.
- Champion competency-based interview techniques, embedding this approach across the business to ensure high-quality hiring practices.
- Network on various platforms to attract potential candidates and maintain a competitive position in the talent market.
- Support the development and optimisation of the ATS system, streamlining recruitment processes for Hiring Managers and candidates alike.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and procedures, with experience in a high-pressure internal recruitment or HR environment.
- Professional and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels and communicate effectively both face-to-face and in writing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong planning and organising skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including the use of databases, with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and expectations effectively.
- Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, with strong time management skills.
Position: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Duration: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
