Advertise vacancies through our applicant tracking system and careers site, as well as with local contacts, to attract the best candidates.

  • Maintain candidate talent pools for volume and difficult-to-fill requirements in specific business areas.
  • Understand local demographics and geographical challenges to improve recruitment delivery.
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring they remain advocates of B&Q and Kingfisher.
  • Offer best practice guidance to hiring managers to support the recruitment process.
  • Schedule, conduct, and document telephone interviews to ensure effective candidate screening.
  • Support other team members as needed to maintain consistent recruitment processes.
  • Take responsibility for personal diary management and work prioritization to ensure recruitment adherence to service levels.

Work with hiring managers in stores to advise, coach, and support recruitment needs. Communicate effectively with peers and managers in the Talent Acquisition team to maintain high levels of consistency and productivity. Support the Employer Brand and Attraction Partner by acting as a brand advocate.
