Job Description: Debt Recovery Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationships and recovering outstanding debts.

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment disputes
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of our Credit Control process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payments
