About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Cygnet Lodge Kenton in North-West London.

This female high support inpatient rehabilitation service provides a care pathway for women preparing to step down from hospital stays and transition into community living.

Our service offers a high level of support and utilizes a recovery-focused model, treating up to 15 women experiencing complex mental illness over a period of 12-18 months.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for individuals in our care
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
