About Datum Architectural Glazing Ltd

We are a leading provider of composite window and door installation services, specializing in large-scale certifiable projects. Our teams hold the necessary CSCS cards and trade-specific qualifications.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day work on-site, covering all aspects of the installation within the scope of works of the project. This will involve a strong leadership role, with the ability to manage and organize the team's admin tasks, as well as work efficiently on-site to produce high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the installation team's work on-site
  • Ensure all aspects of the installation are completed to a high standard and within the project deadlines
  • Lead from the front and manage the efforts of the team in all aspects of the works carried out on-site
  • Have a good blend of experience and intimate knowledge of working on-site and with hand tools
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with certifiable projects and meet project deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience in working on-site and on certifiable projects, with CSCS cards required
  • Team leader must have a minimum of 4 years' experience running their own team of installers
  • Each team member must hold a CSCS card and be NVQ qualified or willing to undertake immediately
  • Must be physically fit and able to read and interpret architectural drawings
