About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our team as a Fuel Efficiency Analyst. As a key member of our Flight Operations Engineering & Efficiency team, you will play a crucial role in reducing fuel usage and carbon emissions through the provision of high-quality analysis and rigorous evaluation of operational data and procedures.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Flight Operations Engineering & Efficiency Manager in developing and implementing fuel-saving initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our fuel management data warehouse, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical background and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at various levels. You will also need to be proficient in the use of business data tools, including PowerBI and Excel, and have experience working with aircraft in a technical capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality analysis and reports to support the development and implementation of fuel-saving initiatives

• Manage and maintain our fuel management data warehouse, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date

• Develop and implement new reporting and data streams to support business decision-making

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data quality and accuracy

• Provide expert-level support to the team on fuel-related projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant aviation-related degree or equivalent experience in a similar role

• Experience working with aircraft in a technical capacity

• Proficient in the use of business data tools, including PowerBI and Excel

• Strong analytical background and ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
