Job Title: Sales Associate Fashion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Eram Talent. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
  • Sales: Drive sales by understanding current jewelry trends and what appeals to our target clientele, and utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store profitability.
  • Store Operations: Ensure merchandise is safely displayed, restock items as needed, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising, setting up displays, and organizing store layout.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Management
  • Excellent English - verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
