About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our clients, and demonstrating a strong product knowledge in all categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including fashion trends and brand information.
  • Assist with stock audits, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
  • Perform cash handling and transaction duties, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury fashion environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Energetic and confident attitude, with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
