About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Homecarers Liverpool. As a First Responder, you will be providing short-term care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to regain independence and confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
