About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Homecarers Liverpool. As a First Responder, you will play a vital role in providing short-term care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to regain independence and confidence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Supporting service users to maintain their independence and confidence
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
