Job Description: As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred nursing and dementia care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and update personalized care plans that address each resident's unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Registered Nurse Qualification; Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC Pin.
  • Specialised Knowledge in Dementia Care: Experience in nursing or dementia care is preferred, and a commitment to creating an engaging, supportive environment for people living with dementia.
  • Strong Communication and Empathy: Ability to connect with residents and families with warmth, patience, and understanding.
  • Team Collaboration: A team-oriented approach, ready to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
