Autism Support Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for an Autism Support Lead to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff to ensure they deliver the highest quality care and support to individuals with Autism, mental health and learning disabilities.

About the Role

You will work closely with our management team to maintain high standards of care and strive to deliver the best level of support possible. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our team meets the required standards and regulations set by CQC.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in residential care at a manager or deputy level
  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care – or be willing to work towards it
  • Proven CQC history of ideally 'Good' or above
  • Experience in managing a team
