About the Role:

Henderson Scott is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our dispute resolution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal matters, including property & land disputes, landlord & tenant issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law, contractual and consumer disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of litigation matters, including probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims, landlord and tenant (commercial and residential) issues, TOLATA claims, and contractual disputes.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide practical solutions to their problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in litigation and employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial disputes, property law, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
