About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Facilities Assistant to join our Corporate Estates team based in Basingstoke.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the FM team, including general administration duties and assisting the Regional Facilities Manager as required.
  • Manage visitor and contractor interactions, liaise with clients, tenants, and colleagues on site, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with a professional nature and previous FM experience preferred.
  • Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn with a clear, concise, and effective communication style.
