Job Title: Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Facilities Assistant to join our Corporate Estates team based in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the FM team, including general administration duties and assisting with tasks as required.
  • Deal with visitors and contractors, and liaise with clients, tenants, and colleagues on site.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized with a professional nature.
  • Previous FM experience is desirable.
  • Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Punctual and reliable, with a willingness to learn.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
