About the Role:

We are currently supporting one of the UK's leading information resource businesses for HR, Tax & Accounting Professionals. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, using a range of software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and upload systems. You will also have access to our Intranet and be part of a dynamic team that values work-life balance and employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Use Microsoft Office software to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience of working in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office software. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
