Job Title: Community Trainer

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Community Trainer to join our team. As a Community Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training solutions to meet the diverse needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to participants, focusing on employability skills, interview techniques, and job application strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to develop and implement high-impact training solutions that meet emerging participant needs.
  • Utilize digital technologies and Microsoft Office programs to deliver training sessions and support participants.
  • Provide motivational support and guidance to participants, helping them build confidence and achieve their employment goals.
  • Conduct skills assessments and provide personalized feedback to participants.
  • Meet personal performance targets and quality standards by delivering high-quality training provision to participants.
Requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Award in Education and Training level 3 (formerly PTLLS) or Certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS).
  • Experience of delivering training programs face-to-face and/or remotely using digital technologies.
  • Full driving license to enable deployment across a specified geographical area.
