Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Community Trainer to join our team. As a Community Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training solutions to meet the diverse needs of our participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to participants, focusing on employability skills, interview techniques, and job application strategies.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to develop and implement high-impact training solutions that meet emerging participant needs.
- Utilize digital technologies and Microsoft Office programs to deliver training sessions and support participants.
- Provide motivational support and guidance to participants, helping them build confidence and achieve their employment goals.
- Conduct skills assessments and provide personalized feedback to participants.
- Meet personal performance targets and quality standards by delivering high-quality training provision to participants.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Award in Education and Training level 3 (formerly PTLLS) or Certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS).
- Experience of delivering training programs face-to-face and/or remotely using digital technologies.
- Full driving license to enable deployment across a specified geographical area.
- Competitive salary range £26,000-£29,545 p.a.
