We are seeking a talented and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at The Bishop on the Bridge, a traditional pub located on the banks of the River Itchen in Winchester. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the General Manager in running the business, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures.
