We are seeking a skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at The Bishop on the Bridge, a popular pub in Winchester. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, including managing stock, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Monitor and control cash handling, stock levels, and other financial aspects of the pub.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
