To provide personal care and support to enable the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
- Support with household paperwork, correspondence, and management of employer's health risks.
- Ensure the employer's home is safe and hygienic, and undertake activities to promote their well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the employer.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing personal care and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Reliable and flexible, with a good sense of humour.
- Ability to undertake domestic activities and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Working Conditions:
The role will involve working within the employer's home in the Lockleaze area of Bristol, with occasional travel required.
