Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Companion to join our team. As a Care Companion, you will provide personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Your role will involve providing day-to-day companionship, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with daily activities, such as shopping, cooking, and housework
  • Encourage clients to engage in social activities and maintain their interests
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
