Care Team Coordinator

Thistle Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care.
The successful candidate will have a valid SVQ3 or equivalent, experience in the administration of medication, and staff supervision skills. They will also possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a care team.
A competitive salary of up to £34,320 per annum (plus available overtime) is on offer, along with flexible, permanent, full-time shifts, 44 or 33 hours per week, and a fantastic rate of pay of £15.00 per hour.

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, with responsibilities including the implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and outcomes for service users.
To succeed in this role, you must have SSSC registration, SVQ Level 3 or equivalent, PDA Medication or equivalent/PDA Supervision or equivalent, previous experience at Senior level, and the ability to work effectively as part of a care team.
