Job Title: Early Years Tutor

At the LMP Group, we are seeking an experienced Early Years Tutor to join our team. As an Early Years Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship programme via a face-to-face approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship programme.
  • Prepare and produce schemes of work.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for each learner.
  • Provide progression, retention, and achievement information for the course being taught.
  • Deliver inclusive and high-quality courses, materials, and opportunities to all learners.
Requirements:
  • Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or similar and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • At least five years' experience working in an education environment with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.
  • Proven experience of successfully managing the full learner journey.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
