About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Children's Adventure Care Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Children's Adventure Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, including developing and implementing personalized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our therapeutic programs and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or close to completion).
  • A Full driving license issued in the UK.
  • A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
