Senior Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Audiologist to join our team as Team Lead at University Hospital Monklands. As part of the Audiology service, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, including Senior Clinical Audiologists, Clinical Audiologists, and Students.
Key Requirements- Initial qualification in audiology, such as BAAT Parts I and II or BSc Hons Audiology.
- Knowledgeable about professional issues, CPO requirements, and student training.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £52,780 per annum (Band 7) and a range of benefits, including a minimum of 27 days annual leave increasing with length of service (pro-rata for part-time staff).
