We are seeking an experienced Education Hub Manager to join our team at HMP Thameside. As a key member of the education team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering curriculum areas within the establishment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience of implementing and managing continuous quality assurance and improvement procedures. You will work closely with the Local Education Manager and the prison Governor's representatives to ensure the smooth operation of the education department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance and improvement procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality education programs
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement
