Job Title: Plumber Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Electrician to join our team at The Recruitment Co. for a full-time, temp to perm contract position in South Littleton. The ideal candidate will have experience in routine and non-routine maintenance, fault finding, and identification of life expired equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks to ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.
  • Conduct fault finding and identification of life expired equipment, and check, repair, and make good faults and life expired equipment.
  • Carry out inspections, water sampling, and risk assessment to ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements.
  • Minimise wastage and continually improve processes, and ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant.
  • The role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Appropriate trade qualification.
  • Gas safe registration card.
  • Legionella Control (L8) certification.
  • Experience in operating light plant.
  • Good knowledge of current industry practice, accurate measuring and scoping of works, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to pass a DBS check.

Working Hours and Location:
Full time, Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm, based in South Littleton, WR11.
