About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychological Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Academics Ltd in Swindon. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to identify and address the emotional and psychological needs of students.
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective support strategies, collaborate with colleagues to share best practice, and contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with complex emotional and psychological needs
- Develop and implement effective support plans in collaboration with colleagues
- Contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a related field
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
