Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Estate Maintenance professional to join our team at Leez Priory LTD. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, including daily checks, maintenance tasks, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure the good running of the building and equipment
  • Assist with maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, painting, and decorating
  • Help with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and setting up rooms
  • Ensure the safety of guests by placing and removing signage and performing other safety-related tasks
  • Work with the venue management team to plan and implement a preventative maintenance plan for our Grade 1 Listed building
Requirements
  • Reliable and professional with a hands-on attitude
  • Basic maintenance skills and DIY knowledge
  • Physical strength and endurance for carrying and moving large items
  • Good listening skills and ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests
