We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team at Thames Water Utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of technicians working on waste pumping stations in the Home Counties South East area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water network operations and management, with experience in leading teams and developing operational strategies. They will be responsible for delivering the planned maintenance program, responding to operational events, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The Field Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvements to optimize operational performance and customer service. They will work closely with the maintenance projects team, network teams, key contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of waste water networks and be able to provide technical mentoring to their team. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop people to fulfill business needs.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance. The company also offers a range of benefits, including annual leave, contributory pension, and access to a variety of health and wellbeing services.
