About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our engineering team as an apprenticeship programme specialist.

As part of this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes for engineers and technicians.

You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any skills gaps within the team, ensuring that all employees have the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in their roles.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
